Orders:

To place an order with Global Solar Ltd, please email us. We reserve the right to accept or reject an order for any reason, including but not limited to, unavailability of the product, errors in price, image or product description, or errors in the order. Orders are deemed received by Global Solar Ltd at the time of successful transmission of the order. You will be unable to cancel the order to the extent permitted by law once the order is received. Orders are deemed accepted by Global Solar Ltd upon acknowledging the order.

Pricing:

All prices shown on this website are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST (Goods and Service Tax). The purchase price is for goods supplied and packed and does not include installation and maintenance.

Payment:

Full payment is required before delivery. You must pay for your products at the time of placing an order. We accept bank transfers and cheques.

Delivery:

We offer nationwide delivery in New Zealand and Fiji. The terms of this clause apply where you select to have your goods delivered to a specified address. The delivery address must be within New Zealand or Fiji. Upon receipt of your order, your order will be dispatched to you at your specified delivery address. You must be available in person to accept all deliveries. If you wish to change the delivery date or delivery address, you must inform the Customer Team before 2:00 pm on the date you place the Order.

Title and risk in goods:

Title and risk in the products, such as loss and damage, pass to you when your order is received by the Courier Company.

The product use for those aged 16+:

Our products are recommended strictly for use by individuals aged 16 years and over. Any items that have been tampered with or physically dismantled (battery box, electronics, and lines) will not be covered by warranty. Global Solar Ltd will not be liable for any self-inflicted bodily harm from our products due to misuse.

Damaged Products and Acceptable Quality:

If you allege that a product was damaged or spoiled before it was delivered to you, we may require photographic evidence and/or a sample of the damaged or spoiled product. If we agree that the product has been damaged or spoiled, we will credit you the value of the relevant product.

Terms of Product Purchase:

In addition to the Terms of Use and Disclaimer, these Purchase Terms set out the additional terms and conditions under which you may purchase Global Solar Ltd products appearing on this website. By completing the customer application process and placing orders via email, an agreement exists between you and Global Solar Ltd once we accept an order. Each accepted order is a separate agreement.

Customer Application:

You must complete the customer application process before placing any orders. You warrant that all information and data provided by you is accurate, complete and up-to-date. You must promptly notify Global Solar Ltd if there is any change to this information or data. You must take responsibility for the safe keeping of your application name and password, as you are liable if an unauthorized person uses your application name and password.

Product Availability

Global Solar Ltd uses its best endeavours to ensure products ordered are available for delivery, and in most cases will notify you where a product is unavailable prior to you completing your order. However, you acknowledge that in some cases this is not possible and, Global Solar Ltd may need to reject an order you have placed for a product where Global Solar Ltd establishes that it is actually unavailable for delivery. In such cases, Global Solar Ltd will refund in full all amounts you paid in respect of the such unavailable product.

Variation of Products and Price

Global Solar Ltd may vary the prices on this website at any time, and prices are subject to change until you have paid for the products in full.
